If to us will increase excises and will change nothing, the prices for mineral oil will grow, it is natural in the conditions of the market.
Experts consider that if excises grow, and anything else will not exchange, most likely, mineral oil will rise in price on the average for 40 %, but the prices will rise not sharply, and gradually.
